1) How do I order?

At the home page, go to the top bar, and click on, Find your event, then type in the name of your event etc...

2) Can I order shows from years past?

Yes, if you can't find a particular show on the site, please call us, as the show may not have yet been entered into our data base.

3) How long does it take to receive the DVD's?

Usually a week, if the DVD's are in stock. If not, they can always be made up, but you'll need to call to see if production is backed up with current orders. A new event needs to be finalized before we can make the DVD's to send. That usually takes a few days to a week depending on the number of events we are working on currently.

4) Is there a discount for a multiple orders?

Yes, there is a $5 discount on two orders, of any DVD we carry. If you have more than two(2) that you'd like to purchase, again you'll need to call us for a special price break?

5) What do I do if My DVD doesn't work?

First try a different DVD player (not a computer), to rule out that the player itself isn't bad. If that doesn't work, don't worry, Masterview offers a 100% money back guarantee on all DVD's that we sell. You may call us regarding the issues your having with the DVD, and we'll be happy to replace it charge.
